Who runs this shop
This site is operated by KAMERON GRASSI GO INC.
The hats on here are sold under Grassi Cowboy Hats. Customer mail goes to the Grassi Cowboy Hats inbox because that is the address we actually monitor for orders.
We are not a walk-in hat shop. There is no showroom counter and no will-call window. Orders are taken online, packed from our side in Butler, Pennsylvania, and handed to USPS for delivery inside the United States.

How the company got into cowboy hats
Kameron Grassi Go Inc. put this catalog together because the western hat business online is noisy: mixed sizing, photos that do not match the brim you receive, and a return process that takes a month to even start. The company is based on North Main Street in Butler. That address is our business office and the point we use for packing and correspondence. It is not a retail floor.
Grassi Cowboy Hats is the label on the product. The work behind it is ordinary and specific: pick a crown and brim that hold shape, put a size chart on the page that matches the hat in the box, and answer the phone when someone gets a 7 1/8 that should have been a 7 1/4.
We do not claim a 19th-century factory in Texas. We also do not drop-ship a listing we have never opened. Stock is ordered to our spec, checked when it lands, and shipped by us.
Who makes the hats
The hats are produced by contracted hat makers to measurements and materials we set (felt or straw body, crown height, brim width, band, sweatband). We are the seller of record in the United States. Kameron Grassi Go Inc. is responsible for what you are billed, what leaves in the box, and what happens if the hat is wrong.
Before a style stays on the site, we keep a production sample and compare inbound cartons against it. If a lot is off on brim roll, color, or sizing, it does not go out. That is the manufacturer side of this business: we are not the mill, we are the company that places the order, rejects bad lots, and stands behind the unit you buy.
How the business actually runs
- You order on this website and pay at checkout.
- We confirm the order by email from service@grassicowboyhats.com.
- Warehouse staff pick and pack on business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern move to the next business day.
- USPS takes the package. A tracking number goes to your email and shows in your account.
- We only ship inside the United States. No store pickup. No local courier run in Butler.
Sales tax is not baked into the price on the product page. Tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address, which is how a Pennsylvania seller has to handle interstate orders. Shipping is separate and is spelled out on the Shipping Policy page.
Returns and exchanges are handled by the same inbox. Details are on the Refund Policy page: 40 days from delivery, unused with tags on, prepaid label, we cover the return postage, refund to the original payment method after we inspect the hat.
If you email, call, or write through the contact form, you are talking to this company, not a marketplace seller account and not an offshore ticket farm with a different name on the invoice.
